We only keep personal and Company information about our customers where it is necessary for providing the services they have requested from us.
We do not send out marketing material and should we do so in the future we will ensure that consent is requested in advance.

We will protect any personal information we have with an appropriate combination of technical and organisational measures.
We do not record or monitor our telephone calls.

How do we collect data from you?
We collect your data via initial correspondence, emails, phone calls and discussions about work you may wish us to carry out on your behalf.
If you wish to have an account with us we may ask you to complete an application form.

What data do we keep?
For most customers and suppliers we keep your name and address, business details, phone numbers and email address.
In cases where we need to pay someone we would request and store their bank details.

How long is your data held for?
All data is only retained for as long as is necessary.
We keep your data primarily to address relevant legal, tax and accounting procedures.
Any personal documents no longer required will be shredded after use and disposed of in a safe manner.
All data collected is stored and processed for valid reasons.

Who has access to your data?
Only senior members of our Company can access this information, however our customer accounts form part of our accounting records and are therefore available to our accountant and government departments if requested.
Your data will not be passed on to any other third party (unless you specifically request it).

How we use your information:
These are the legal bases we have for holding and processing your personal data.
Contract: To enter into or carry out a contract with you.
Consent: Your consent and communication with us.
Obligation: To comply with our legal obligations.
Information is used to manage your account, process orders, and provide you with quotations.
We also need your information to provide you with documents such as delivery notes, invoices and statements and record keeping purposes.

Withdraw your consent where we are relying on consent to process your personal data. However, this will not effect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before such time.
